Potassium Metabisulfite (Food Grade) WINY – ENARTIS
Applications
Potassium Metabisulfite is primarily used as a preservative and antioxidant in food and beverage production. It releases sulfur dioxide, which inhibits microbial growth and prevents oxidation—making it ideal for stabilizing wine, cider, and juices. It’s also used to sanitize equipment and extend shelf life in dried fruits and canned goods.
DOSAGE
