Sucralose FCC USP is a low-calorie artificial sweetener made from sugar. Sucralose is the newest non-nutritive sweetener on the market. It is about 400 times as sweet as sucrose (Table Sugar).It can be used in baking or products that require a longer shelf life. It used as a Bulk Sweetening Agent, Unique Dental Benefits, Cooling, Flavor Enhancer and Humectant. The FCC grade meets the requirements of the Food Chemical Codex indicates and is suitable for all food, beverage and nutritional supplement applications. USP, or United States Pharmacopeia, grade chemicals comply with the standards of the United States Pharmacopeia and National Formulary (USP-NF). USP Grade chemicals are fit for use in food, drugs, and medicines. They are subject to stringent testing and are typically required to have the highest level of purity.
