Sodium Percarbonate also known as SPC or sodium carbonate peroxide is a chemical substance used mainly in eco-friendly bleaches and cleaning products. As an oxidizing agent, sodium percarbonate is an ingredient in a number of home and laundry cleaning products, including non-chlorine bleach products such as Oxyper, OxiClean, Tide laundry detergent, and Vanish. Sodium percarbonate is also used as a cleaning agent in homebrewing. Sodium percarbonate is also utilized in organic synthesis. Sodium percarbonate is a high-quality active ingredient for tooth color retention. Sodium Percarbonate is effective bleaching agent in pulp processing for the paper industry.
