Applications
Sodium perborate tetrahydrate is used in the oxidation reaction of sulfides and anilines. It is employed as an oxidant in dyes, a bleaching and degreasing agent for raw textiles, chemical used in pharmaceutical drugs, as a mordant, and an additive in electroplating. It is also used in detergents, toothpaste, mouthwash antiseptics, and cosmetics.
