It is used to manufacture charcoal, glass briquettes, and potassium compounds. It is used in explosives, fertilizers, and color/bleach baths in photography, glass, enamels, and matches. It serves as an important fertilizer. It’s used as a manufacturing or laboratory uses such as corrosion inhibitor, oxidizing agent, depolarizer, phosphate coatings, chemicals and dyes, polymer inhibitor for synthetic rubber, antioxidants, waste water treatment.
