Gluconic Acid 50% FCC is mainly used as a chelating agent in foods, cleaning applications, electroplating, concrete admixtures and as an Acidulant in foods. It is used in food like dairy, flavors, instant meals, and sauces and dressings. It’s used in personal care products like hair, oral and skin care. It is also used in industrial cleaners and surface care products. Gluconic Acid is also used in fine chemicals, agrochemicals, fertilizers, metal surface treatments and textile & leather.
