Camphor Flakes USP is used as a decongestant and anesthetic in the medical and pharmaceutical industry. Camphor Flakes USP is commonly used in the manufacturing of topical medication as a skin cream or ointment to relieve itching from insect bites, minor skin irritation, or joint pain. Additionally, it is used as a flavoring agent in food and beverages, as well as in the manufacturing of cosmetics and personal care products. Camphor crystals are also used as a cleaning agent for household surfaces.
